1. Types of Information We Collect

When you use our products and services, we may collect the following types of information.

Account Information: If you create an account on our application, you may be asked to provide your country or region, email address, password, birth date, gender, height, and weight. You may also choose to provide additional information such as a nickname, weight goal, step goal, and avatar photo. Personal information will be used for some health data algorithm calculations, such as heart rate and your age, height, weight related, to provide more accurate health data. Your personal information will be anonymized and encrypted by us. Information related to exercise health: such as body energy, steps, distance, speed, exercise time, calories, sleep time, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, stress, oxygen saturation, walking time, moderate to high intensity exercise, exercise type, ambient volume, skin temperature, detailed exercise log for each exercise type. The exercise health data information will be used for you to view your personal exercise health feedback, as well as to provide you with better health management services, such as developing good sleep habits, viewing the effectiveness evaluation of each exercise, etc. Your exercise data will be encrypted. If you do not allow us to upload your exercise data, we will not collect it. You can also turn off the function of syncing data to the cloud in User > Settings > Health Data Sync.

Device MAC and application information: To improve the quality of our products and enhance your experience. When you use our devices and applications, we will get your device and application information, such as user configuration data, device MAC address, IMEI, sensor, device version number, device serial number, firmware version, language, app version, phone system version, device configuration, IP address, network type, and device identification information. The information will be stored locally on the phone and uploaded to the server for firmware and related version comparison updates. The device and application information will be used to update the device firmware version, update APP application version notification, update dial version notification, update device language notification and other upgrade type services, or to locate and analyze the related APP application or device firmware problems. These information can help to record and analyze your sports and health data more accurately, provide you with more professional health services and better experience services.

Storage permission: When you enable APP will record logs, use sharing, or set dials, upgrade and other functions after adding the device, you can choose to open this permission to read or write application usage information, pictures, video information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off the permission at any time.

Camera permission: When you connect your device by scanning QR code, setting your personal avatar or photo dial, you need to call your camera or album permission, but will not use your avatar picture for other purposes; we need to apply and get this permission from you. You can turn off this permission at any time if you do not need such services.

Location permission: When you agree to the Privacy Policy and User Agreement, you will get the location for quick access to the user's location, to facilitate the timely pushing of weather information to the device, and to improve the APP's subsequent pages that need location information to quickly respond, to get the location to help you quickly select your area when you start using or registering your account, to get the location to show your sports track when you start outdoor sports, to get the location to search for nearby Bluetooth when connecting to the device, and to get the location to search for the location of the device. When you start to use or register your account, we will get the location to help you select your area quickly, get the location to show your movement track when you start outdoor sports, get the location to search the nearby Bluetooth when you connect your device, get the location to request the weather of your current location when you use weather push function. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time.

Phone permission: Some sports and health devices need access to phone permission to get phone status when you pair with associated devices or use functions such as receiving calls, rejecting calls and receiving caller information on your wearable device. If you do not agree to this permission, you can turn it off at any time, and this will not affect the use of other services.

Contacts permission: When you use your device to add frequently used contacts and sync contacts, you need access to contacts permission to quickly import contacts into your device to initiate calls. You can turn off this permission at any time if you do not need this service.

Call log permission: When you use the device to push missed call numbers, you need to access the call log permission. If you do not need this service, you can turn off this permission at any time.

SMS notifications, app notifications permission: Used for syncing SMS and other messages to your smartwatch.

Clipboard permission: Our app supports users to copy certain content to the clipboard on their own for use in other apps. We promise not to upload users' clipboard contents to the server to protect users' privacy.

Feedback: If you have any questions or suggestions about our products and services, you can give us feedback through "My" > "Help & Feedback". Through this feature, we will collect the feedback questions you send us, as well as your contact information. This information will be used to allow us to better understand the problem you are having and to contact you. During the feedback process, if you agree, we may access your phone's camera, photo album, etc., so that you can upload images related to the problem and help us quickly locate the problem.

Log information: If you use our devices or applications, we collect some usage data, such as creating or logging into your account, account-device pairing, number of device reboots, network usage information, system errors, system crashes, system reboots, system upgrades, etc. Your latest log information within 7 days will be automatically stored locally on your phone and old log information will be deleted automatically. Uploading logs can help us solve your problems faster, we will not actively collect your log information unless you choose to upload your log information to our server through "User" > "Help & Feedback". Visitor Information: When using the visitor feature (for those who are not registered or logged in), visitors can experience our products and certain limited services. The visitor's personal data (nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth, sports health data, etc.) will be stored locally on your phone and will not be uploaded to our servers.

Payment Information: If you purchase products and/or services within the anyloop app (e.g. Dial Mall service), you may be required to provide your bank account information, but such information and transaction information is collected and processed by third party payment service providers. We may collect summary information about the transaction, such as order information, but we do not collect or store your bank account information.

Android ID: If you are using Android and using the app as a guest, we will obtain your Android ID through Android's public API, which will be used as a unique identifier for your use of the app. If the app is in the background, the Android ID will also be read when you need to get it.

Other information: We may also collect other types of information that are not directly or indirectly linked to individuals, but are aggregated, anonymized or de-identified.

2. How we use your information

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, process, maintain, improve and develop our goods and/or services for you, including parts of after-sales, customer support and services on your device, such as using heart rate data for heart rate algorithm optimization, where all data has been anonymized;

communicating with you and we will use your information to send you service notifications when necessary and to reply to you when you contact us, such as pushing reply messages into your anyloop app based on feedback on issues you send in the app;

To store and maintain your information in accordance with the content of our services or legal obligations;

To provide you with limited access to the Services without communicating with our servers.

Information use of non-personal data

We collect log information that does not involve personal data, such as error codes for device (reboot) hardware problems, error codes and logs for device reboots, logs for Bluetooth connectivity of applications, anonymized user's device and application usage (if you opt-in), and other information for overall analysis to fix errors, monitor usage, and optimize our service. These logs only contain information about the parameters of the user's phone and do not involve the user's personal information.

3.How we share your information

Except with your consent, we promise not to sell your personal information to any other third party for processing for any purpose. We will seek your explicit consent to share any personal data and sensitive personal data. We will not disclose or transfer your personal information to any non-affiliated third party unless: in response to your request, for example, you authorize the sharing of your personal information to a third party device or platform, we will share your information, such as: steps, distance, height, weight, heart rate, calories and other exercise data to the third party in response to your request. Please read the privacy policies of these third party devices or platforms, as your activities on the third party devices or platforms will no longer be governed by this privacy agreement;

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

(a) With service providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze our use of the Services, for example, to contact you after you visit our Services to process a payment on a third-party website.

4. Third Party Service Providers

We may engage third parties to help us implement anyloop's services, and you may choose whether to use third party services. When you choose to use a third party service, the third party may collect information about you. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to take the time to read the privacy policy of the third party providing the service, just as you would read our policy. We are not responsible for how third parties use the personal information they collect from you, nor can we control their use. Service providers have access to your personal data only to implement the anyloop Services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose::

Map Service Providers

The service providers in the anyloop Service that support the function of users obtaining outdoor single movement tracks are: Gaode Information Technology Co. map SDK (com.amap.api), Google Inc. map SDK (com.google.Maps), Apple Inc. map SDK (com.apple.Maps). When you use the service, we will collect your geographic information and provide your location information to the map service provider. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider for the collection and handling of the specific data. anyloop obtains the movement track for viewing this movement track after you perform outdoor sports. You can turn off your phone's GPS to end the collection of geographic information.

Weather Push Service Providers

If your device supports weather push, your location information will be sent locally to a weather service provider (Wakefield Weather) for weather information in your area. You can stop this sharing at any time by turning off the weather push feature in Device > More Settings > Weather. Your personal information is anonymized and will not be used to identify or locate you personally.

Cloud Storage Providers

The cloud storage service provider for the anyloop service is AliCloud. When you choose to store your data on the cloud, your personal data is uploaded to AliCloud's servers, the data contains personal information, sports data, health data. You can turn off the sync cloud feature to end data upload to the cloud. Please refer to AliCloud's privacy policy for specific data storage.

Payment Service Providers

We may offer paid products and/or services within the anyloop app. In such cases, we may use third-party service providers for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). We do not store or collect your payment details. Your payment information is provided directly to our third party payment service providers, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies.

5. Protection measures

We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information and we will take all practicable steps to protect your personal information, including encryption, authentication tools, and secure servers. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we will take reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards and make every reasonable effort to protect your personal information. However, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.

6. Data Transfer

Currently, anyloop leases servers from various locations provided by AliCloud. Usually, data of local residents is only stored in servers in local jurisdictions and will not be transferred across borders. With your consent, we may transfer your data across borders in accordance with applicable laws. At the same time, we will take appropriate protective measures to ensure that all transfers comply with the requirements of your applicable local data protection laws. You will have the right to be informed of the appropriate protective measures anyloop will take to transfer your personal information.

7. Data Retention

If you use our products and services, we may collect and store information about you. We may keep storing your information for as long as you keep your account. However, if you decide to cancel your account, we will temporarily retain your information for 7 days so that you can cancel the cancellation action if needed. After you confirm your cancellation or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information as soon as possible and no later than 90 days after the date of your deletion request.

8. Your Rights

anyloop is committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal information and to ensuring that you can exercise your rights. In accordance with this Privacy Policy and related legal provisions, you have the right to

Request access to your personal information. The right to access your information held by us. You can access your personal information directly from "User" > "Personal info" in the application. If you are unable to do this yourself, please contact us using the contact details below. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information collected and processed by us free of charge. If there are any other requests for the same information, we may charge a reasonable fee for the same in accordance with applicable law and actual costs.

Requesting Correction of Personal Information We Hold About You. You have the right to request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate information that we hold about you. Also, you can correct your personal information directly from "Personal info" in the application.

Object to the processing of your personal information. You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information. If you have consented to the processing of your personal information or sensitive personal information by anyloop devices and applications, you may withdraw that consent at any time and further process it by contacting anyloop. In order to provide our services to you, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary to provide you with those services. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

Requesting deletion of your personal information. You have the right to request that we delete personal information if we have no good reason to continue processing it. Also, you can delete or permanently anonymize the corresponding data by logging out of your account, erasing personal data on the cloud, etc.

Requests for transfer of your personal information. Where technically possible, we will provide your personal information to you or a third party of your choice in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to information that you originally consented to our use or that we have collected for the performance of a contract.

Withdrawal of Your Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain specific features of the Services. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect any previous processing activities of personal information based on your authorization. You may change the scope of your authorization for us to continue to collect your personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting the device, disconnecting the device from the application, restoring the device to factory settings, turning off data management synchronization.

9. Privacy of Minors/Children

Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Children (we consider any person under the age of 14 or below a similar minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction to be a child) may not use our products without parental or guardian consent. In the case of personal information collected from children with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose this information as permitted by law, with the express consent of the parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the child.

If we find that we have collected personal information from children without prior verifiable parental consent, we will seek to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

Our Policy on Children We comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). The Services are available to persons 16 years of age or older. If you are a guardian of a child under the age of 16, you acknowledge and warrant that you agree and consent to the use of the Platform and this Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy in California

California law allows users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and without charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the previous year and the types of personal information disclosed to those parties. anyloop does not share personal information with third parties for its own marketing purposes.

11. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We review our privacy policy periodically and may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our information practices. You understand and agree that if you use a product or service after an updated Privacy Policy is posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy. If at any time you do not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, then you must immediately stop using the Products and Services.
